The 60-day guarantee
The guarantee covers returned bottles, including those already opened. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to request a refund
- Contact support through the contact page with your order number, within 30 days of delivery
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once your return is confirmed
Why the 30-day RMA window matters
Requesting an RMA within 30 days of delivery keeps you well inside the overall 60-day guarantee window while giving our support team enough runway to process the return properly. Waiting until day 59 to start the process risks missing the guarantee entirely.
What's covered
The guarantee applies to the purchase price of Honeypezil bottles. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable outside of shipping errors on our part.
